First MVP
THE FIRST MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT IS OUT
Yes, there is actually some (albeit very little) amount of gameplay in the game.
REALLY DOPE ITEM GENERATION
Tired of boring vaults, hunting for keys, and getting annihilated by guard creatures? Well boy do I have the thing for you.
Now, EVERY SINGLE odd-numbered round/level is a free item room (with some conditions first, of course). Essentially, once you beat a combat level, you automatically enter the 'prize room'. Your pulse and music is conserved, but the spell you cast becomes a cross-shaped one. You can then inspect each of the enchantments (as of now, there are two - increase the pulse range of the bass, or get a new bass). Once you have made your decision, you just head over to the spell you want and hit it with a pulse. This activates two things: first, it gives you the enchantment of the scroll, second, it destroys the scrolls at the two adjacent corners. Essentially, you have to pick which opposing diagonal will give you the most benefit.
NEW UI STUFF
After getting harassed by my old 'set innerHTML' UI for some time, I decided to take action. There is now a description of a selected entity (be it an enchantment or a creature) along with the old status bar containing other information (health, movement, etc.)
In short, you can actually play the game :00000000
